He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth McDowell; his stepfather James Slusser; and his grandparents, Chester and Icie Tomblin. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Slusser (Tomblin); his siblings, Jayson Tomblin and Melissa Cordial (James); his aunt Deborah LeFever (William); his uncle Douglas Tomblin; his niece Taylor Cordial; and also Harold Conley.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Walter and Lewis Funeral and Cremation Center (642 S Main St, Urbana, OH 43078). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation in Richie's honor.
