She is survived by: her children, Amy Walters (Scott), Wendy Shaffer (Ted Ford), Brian Turner (Cathy) and Molly Price (Marc); her grandchildren, Erica Walters Gough (Charles), Anna Walters Witt (Alex), Meagan Walters, Madelyn, Audrey, Natalie, Daniel Shaffer, Sullivan, Griffin Turner, Alexis and Brock Price; her great grandchildren, Teddy, Owen Gough and Elizabeth Elrod; and her brother Butch MacBeth.
In honor of Punky's memory, donations may be made to Ohio's Hospice.
