Wells of Springfield, Ohio, born in West Liberty, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 85, on June 25, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Stacy and Lillie Stacy (Wages); her husband Walter Wells; and her grandsons, Aaron Faris, Tyler Roberts and Josh Stacy.

She is survived by: her children, Denise Kuhn (Gary), Stacie Stacy (Burton), Gerald Wells (Kim) and Scott Wells (Mary); and her brother Mike Stacy (Teresa). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; one great-great grandson and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to your favorite charity in Phyllis' name.
