He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Parks and Margie Parks (Peal); his son Anthony Reed; and his brother Frank Parks Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Parks (Reed); his children, Brian Parks (Angela) and Tyra Parks; his grandchildren, Toneka Portis, Anthony Portis, Michael Cave, Isaiah Smith, Samarrah Smith, Mykal Fultzs, Brian Parks Jr., Andrea French, Ryan French and Najah Reed; and his siblings, Wayne Parks, Diane Mitchell, Joyce Thomas and Debbie Parks. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
