With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Sue Whiting of Springfield, Ohio, born in London, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 1, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Kitchen and Elta Kitchen; and her siblings, James, Lowell Kitchen and Charlotte Steberl.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Whiting; her children, Scott Whiting (Melissa), Debby Whiting and Beth Stein (Scott); her grandchildren, Brandon Flannery (Lindsey), Shannon Chapman, Ambika Shoemaker, Abbey Kidd, Daly Whiting and Timmy VanHoose; her great grandchildren, Mason, Isabella, Hunter, Paisley and Raylen; her siblings, Carolyn Kitchen and Donald Kitchen; and her close friends, Gerry Maier, Shirley Craycraft and Ethel Ratcliff. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Pat's name to The St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The American Cancer Society.
