With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Jean Hobbs of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on February 23, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Austin and Julia Austin (Litteral); her husband Harold Dean Hobbs; her children, Tim Hobbs and Julie Barch; and her siblings, Joanne, Dody, Georgene, Beck and Emalie.
She is survived by: her son John Hobbs (Ava); her son-in-law Richard Barch; her sister Pluma Yvonne Cool (Cleve); her grandchildren, Jason Humphrey, Krista Compton (Jimmy), Danielle Hobbs and Austin Barch (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Jordan, Karissa, Kaylee, Kaleyah, Kainen, Jaes, Gabe and Gavin; and her uncle Frank Litteral. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Littleton & Rue Funeral Home and Crematory (830 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Littleton & Rue Funeral Home (830 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503).
