She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Wilkins and Mina Wilkins; her husband Donald Crooks Jr.; and her daughter Amy Boardman. She is survived by: her children, Mina Haynes (Mark), Roger Watts (Kathy) and Chris Watts; her grandchildren, Nathan, Ryan, Aaron, Alex, Tyler, Tiffany, Dustin and Cassie; and her sister Betty Swigart.
