It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtle Josephine Andy of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on April 8, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Hammond and Frankie Hammond (Wells); her husband Clemmet Earl Andy; her son William Reed; and her siblings, Bethel "Betty" Patrick, Thomas "Tommy" Hammond, William "Billy" Hammond, Bobbie Jean O'Neil and Virginia Morriss.
She is survived by: her son Gerald "Jerry" Andy of Hillsboro; her sister Patsy Wilson of Louisiana; and her close friend Elise Schwenn.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial (838 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
