He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Crouse and Anne Crouse; and his sister Karen Crouse. He is survived by: his significant other Kim VanOsdell; his children, Josh Crouse (Marjorie), Denise Murphy (Mark) and Andrew Crouse; his stepsons, Brian Druckenbroad (Jenn), Brad Druckenbroad (Magaly) and Chad Druckenbroad; his grandchildren, Evan, Molly, Sydney, Mason, Stella, Genevieve, Madison, Charlotte and Logan; and his siblings, David Crouse (Beth) and Cathy Blakeley. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
