He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Rucker and Margaret Rucker (Snyder); his daughter Melissa Rucker; his granddaughter Olivia Mowell; and his siblings, Ann Wolfenbarger, James, Victor, Wayne and Michael Rucker.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy (Williams); his children, Nicole Leciejewski (Brian) and Matthew Rucker; his grandchildren, Laynee Mowell and Lexi Bush (Jake); his sister Marta Stalder (Joe); and his family, Dr. Umerani, Dr. Varghese, Dr. Akhter and Dr. Dorbish. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
