She is survived by: her parent Ina Faye Wortman (Salt); her son Arthur Summers (Janice) of Concord; her sister Marie McMasters of Columbus; her daughter-in-law Donna Summers of New Carlisle; her grandchildren, Daryl Summers (Sherri), Dennis Summers (Cathy), Todd Summers, Erin Best (Brian) and Amber Gaines; her great grandchildren, Zachary, Hayley, Franny and Izzy; and her great great grandchildren, Zane, Zayden, Layla and Brynn.
