She was predeceased by : her parents, Clyde Horton and Gertrude Horton Sr. (Thi'bault); and her daughter Theresa Horton. She is survived by : her husband Spencer; her children, Harold Leon Smith Jr. and Kathy Cerney (Brian); her grandchildren, Jonathon, Tyler, Colin, Kaitlin and Quinn; her siblings, Sylvia Cain (Ray), Shirley Hatfield and Clyde Horton Jr.; and her niece Carla Wagner. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
