He was predeceased by: his wife Sandy J. White (Boggess); and his sister Jenelle Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Perks (Mike) of Springfield and Justin White (Anna) of Bowling Green, Ohio; his grandchildren, Austin, Ashley Perks, Baylie, Ella, Peyton and Emerson White; and his brother Ron White (Billie) of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
