She was predeceased by: her parents, Clell Virgil Oberly and Julia Ann Fraley; and her brother Richard Eugene Oberly (Roy Shroyer). She is survived by: her daughter Lori Jean Cooper; her grandchildren, Julia Ann Payne (Jordan), Carissa Jean Cooper and Antonio Zacarias Cooper; and her sister Jane Shroyer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
