She was predeceased by: her father Richard "Dickie" Scott. She is survived by: her husband Shawn Channels; her children, Kandas "Kan" Thompson (Marcus) and Brock Channels; her grandchildren, ReQuan Roberts, Rashaad Channels, Marcus Thompson Jr., Mariah Thompson and Mia Thompson; her siblings, Keith Scott (Alicia) and Khristy "Sheila" Haynes; and her mother Bernice "Gram" Haynes (Walker). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
