He was predeceased by: his father Terry Tackett; his grandparents, Wilson E. Heskett and Jean Tackett; his great-grandparents, Silas Oren and Ted Klontz; his aunt Pam Coffey; and his friend Wayne Holloway.
He is survived by: his mother Leanna Heskett; his children, Nevaeh Tackett, Joshua Tackett Jr. and Eradynn Tackett; his great-grandparent Mary Klontz; his grandmother Cheryl Jones; his siblings, Amber Baker (Ben Casey) and Jason Puckett Jr. (Derion Whaley); his half-siblings, Tonna Wilson and Brandon Bryan (Jennylin Pauley); his aunts and uncles, Eric Heskett (Jami), Aaron Heskett (Heather Kreisman), Marty Heskett (Rhonda), Mike Oren, Ed Oren (Tresa), Virgil Coffey, Danny Klontz, Veronda Oren (Drexel), Denise Cooper (Tim), Debbie Tackett-Woodford, Christy Tackett, Cathy Jones, Glenna Cunningham and Kristy Jones; his nieces, Taylor Bennett, Kenslee Casey and Namara Bielawski; the mothers of children, Heather Rose and Danielle Ream; his cousin Jake Cooper (Beth); and his friend Amanda Stump (Michael Bennett). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family would like for money to be donated to his children for future expenses.
