He is survived by: his daughters, Heidi Rutherford of South Vienna and Angela Orr (Kirk) of Monroe, TN; and his siblings, George "Bud" Rutherford, Joan Boles (Bill), Yvonne Hackney (Fred), Debbie Sheets and Patty Conley. He is also survived by his family, friends.
