He was predeceased by: his wife Judith; and his stepsister Charlene Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Scarberry and Rozellen Scarberry (Vining); his sons, Kenneth Scarberry (Emily), Mark Scarberry (Nanette), Scott Scarberry (Mary) and Joe Scarberry, Jr. (John Day); his stepson David Longo (Dina); his sister Phyllis Sweeney; and his stepsiblings, Dewayne Bartley, Darrell Bartley and Joann Kaiser. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
