He is survived by: his daughter Tina Bame; his former wife Pati Dunlap; his grandchildren, Jason Bame (Jessica), Andy Stultz and Tawnya Stultz; his siblings, Linda Raby and Bill Stultz; and his close friend Mary Hopkins. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
