He is survived by: his parents, William Perks (Bill) and Barbara Perks; his wife Jeana Lamonica; his children, Kiana Lamonica and John Micheal Lamonica; his brothers, Samuel James Perks (Stacie Hough) and Andrew Joesph Perks (Paige Benson); and his sons, Lamont White, Roger Brown and Kenny Schmidt. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Littleton & Rue Funeral Home and Crematory (830 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
