He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Cavanaugh and Catherine Cavanaugh (Baxter); and his son Anthony "Tony" Cavanaugh. He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" (DiCinque); his son Todd Cavanaugh (Stacey); his grandchildren, Mik, Allison, Zach, Ian Cavanaugh and Shelby Webb; his great grandchildren, Blake and Callie Webb; his nieces, Tiffany and Juliana; and his siblings, Jerry Cavanaugh, Saundra Witenko (George) and Barbara Knisley.
