Sr and Della French of Springfield; his siblings, Sharon Strader (Dale), Wally Hawke (Becky) and Wilbur Hawke (Diana Daku); his stepdaughters, Ashli and Heather; his grandchildren, Khloi, Tyson and Anastasia; his siblings-in-law, Fred and Cathie Maine; his nieces and nephews, Tracey Kennedy (Brad), Robert Hawke (Emily), Amanda Colwell (Jody), Leslie Hawke (William), Brett Hawke (Jamie), Tim Strader (Shelly), Tammy Titterington (Tristan), Jody Strader (Brenda), Amanda Stitzel (Duane) and Jared Maine (Tara); and his friends, Oliver, Phil and Lil Bit.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the Wounded Warrior Project.
