He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, John Gower and James McKeever. He is survived by: his parents, John H. and Annie Lee McConnell (Edgewood); his wife June P. (Powers); his daughter Mollie McConnell of Columbus; his siblings, Sue Gower of Houston, Michael McConnell (Kathy) of West Chester and Barbara McKeever of Urbana; his mother-in-law Joan Cappelli of Clearwater, FL; and his sister-in-law Jane Baker (Powers). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
