He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Edward and Willie Mae Brown (Mitchell). He is survived by: his children, Tisha Brown and Reginald Gilbert; and his siblings, Timothy Brown, Virgil Christopher Brown and Lisa Brown. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
