He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Rodgers and Marilyn Rodgers (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Linda Rodgers; his children, Nelson Stumbo and Danielle Stumbo; and his siblings, Scott, Randy Rodgers, Shellie Rodgers and Belinda Runkle (Jeff). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, & a host of friends.
