He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Sr. Collins and Betty Collins (Perkins); and his brothers, Lawrence Jr. and Dewey L. Collins. He is survived by: his children, Dustin Collins, Elizabeth Radford and Amy Anderson; and his sister Theresa Collins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial (838 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Dayton National Cemetery (4400 W Third St, Dayton, OH 45428).
