Jay Lynn Allison Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 82, Jay Lynn Allison of Springfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Allison and Betty Allison (McConnehea); and his wife Margaret "Peg" Allison. He is survived by: his children, Scott, Kimberly Cooling (Jeff) and Christopher Allison (Tarany); his grandchildren, Bradley Jackson, Joshua Cooling (AraBelle), Joseph Allison, Caitlyn Karrip (Alex), Angeline Allison and Emily Allison; and his siblings, Roger, Jack, Jon, Karen and Mark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Conroy Funeral Home (1660 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Ferncliff Cemetery (501 W McCreight Ave, Springfield, OH 45504).
