She is survived by: her daughters, Traci Haerr, Sheri Slattery (Chris) and Lori Rice; her grandchildren, Michael Stephenson (Carolyn), Heather Stephenson (Matt), Scott Morris (Kristen), Travis Morris (Emma), Mackenzie Rice and Parker Slattery; her great grandchildren, Madison, Skylar, Payton, Carter, Axel and Brooke; her great great grandchild Elian; her sister Betty Straub; and her sister-in-law Nancy Jordan (Parker). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Northridge United Methodist Church or American Cancer Society in Jan's honor.
