He is survived by: his sons, James Thomas Weeks "Jamie" and Colton Anthony Weeks (Paige); his grandchildren, Fallon Quinn, Weston and Whitley Weeks; his siblings, Jennifer Wiley (Chris) and Michael Weeks Sr. (Susan); his sister-in-law Tori Weeks; and his nieces and nephews, Jonathan Wiley (Sarah), Christa Wiley (Wes), Canady Patterson (Joe), Erich Weeks (Rachael), Sarah VanMalderen (John), Eddie Weeks, III (Kortney), Taylor Gueth, Kaitlyn Justl (Nicholas), Michael Weeks, Jr. (Andrah), Anna Weeks, Abigail Weeks (Christopher) and Matthew Weeks (Sydney). He is also survived by his father, uncles, brother.
