He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Bellar and Doris L. Bellar (Dunn); his sister Robin E. Braun; his nephew David Bellar; and his brother Ronald E. Bellar.
He is survived by: his sister Regina Bellar; and his nieces and nephews, Jeanette Ellsworth, Donald Bellar, Ron Bellar, Tom Bellar, Mary Nichols, Robert Bellar, Gayle Salyer and Peggy Kattelus. He is also survived by numerous cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
