He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Hing Cheong Tam and Nancy Yuk Tam (Choy); his siblings, Nancy Tam Brown Miller, Raymond and Philip Tam; and his close friend R. Larry Gaier.
He is survived by: his sisters, Arlene Tam and Dorothy Tam Smith; his nephew Mark Brown; and his friends, Richard Gaier and Ronald Gaier.
