He is survived by: his wife Sue Pennington Conley; his sons, Perry Conley and Jeffrey Conley (Cindy); his daughter-in-law Georgia Conley; his grandchildren, Natasha Chesnut (Todd), Colleen Fowler (Troy), Wesley Dinnen (Shannon), Courtney Stradling (Ryan) and Zane Conley (Bailey); his great grandchildren, Anthony Chesnut, Grace, Elise Fowler, Sebastian, Saylor, Brooks Dinnen, Leo Stradling and Michael Conley; and his brother Cecil "Sheep" Conley.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alpha-1 Foundation or St. Jude.
