He was predeceased by: his wife Rosella Louise Looney of John's Nursing Home; his children, Joe Mills (Linda), Sue Knox (Charlie) and Tom Mills (Cheryl Skinner) of Springfield; and his siblings, Maggie Cutlip (Bill), Della Dunham (Francis), Faye Emmons (Willie) and James.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Coy (Bill) of Springfield, Melanie Cooper (Paul) of Springfield, Chris Looney (Sue) of La Rue and Cindy Hook (Tim) of Cuyahoga Falls; his granddaughter Lisa Michelle; his siblings, Elsie Knotts (Don) of Springfield and John Looney (late Pat) of Springfield; and his cousin Clyde.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Art's honor.
