He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shoemaker and Betty Shoemaker; and his grandson Kaylob. He is survived by: his children, Michael Shoemaker (Jessica), Stacy Bond (Robert) and Timothy Shoemaker; his brother David Shoemaker; his close friend Pam; his grandchildren, Parker, Preston, Danielle, Allie, Brenna, Brayden and Riley; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn and Azayla.
Viewing was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jackson Lytle and Lewis Life Celebration Center (2425 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503). A reception was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Dayton Children's Hospital in Jerry's honor.
