He is survived by: his wife Carole Shartran Knapp Belcher; his children, Lynne (Kurt Miller), Michael Belcher (Eric), Tamera Belcher and Michelle (Mellisa Ross Shartran); his daughters-in-law, Julie (Ray Alverado), Sharon (Jim Arlt), Dede Shartran and Barb Duff; his granddaughter Lucie (Patrick Cunningham); his great grandchildren, Miller and Shea; his grandchildren, Olivia Belcher (Max) and Brett (Natalie Miller); his great grandchildren, Korie and Addie; his grandchildren, Justin, Mark Jenkins Belcher, Zachery (Cora Shartran) and Chelsea (Ryan Rodgers); his great grandchildren, Landon and Brantley; his granddaughter Portia Stanku (Jordan); his sister-in-law Shirley Chesney; and his nephew Bob Golden.
