He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Smith and Eleanor I. Smith (Ingold); and his brother Robert Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Nicholls (Joseph); his brothers, Daniel Smith and Randall Smith (Nondy); and his grandson Aaron Barnett.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jackson Lytle and Lewis Life Celebration Center (2425 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location.
