Fred E. Reed Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred E. Reed (Springfield, Ohio), born in Springdale, Arkansas, who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Edwards Reed and Lula Caldwell Reed; and his former wife Helen Evelyn Stinnett. He is survived by: his wife Babs; his sister Rachel Hepler (Fred); his sons, Don Reed (Charlotte) and Joe Reed (Susan); and his grandchildren, Slocomb Reed (Leslie), Caldwell Reed (Kirsti), Aeron Simpson (Nathan) and Michael Reed (Elizabeth). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Episcopal Church (409 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505).
