She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Penwell and Thelma Penwell (Baker); and her siblings, Margie James, Thlema Eichman and Luella Bigelow.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Miller (Michael), John Mullen and Jennifer Jewell; and her grandchildren, Angela Snyder, Clinton Thomas, Amanda Strong (Samuel), Jacob Miller, Rachel Mullen, Stephanie Mullen, John Mulle Jr., Jasmine Jewell and Jacqueline Jewell. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
