She is survived by: her children, Randall Perry (Claudia), Karen Smith (Michael), Natalie Johnson (Mark McDonald) and Denise Smith (Brian); her grandchildren, Erika Mihoci (Jonathan), Sara Kunchik (Billy), Elyse Augustine (Nick), Taylor Smith, Garrett Smith (Hannah), Kelsey Shumaker (Dillan), Grant Johnson, Meredith Johnson, Kaitlyn and Sara Smith; and her siblings, Eugene Newsom, Sam Newsom (Jenny), Bill Newsom (Brenda) and Phyllis Boling (Jerry). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
