Pacine of Springfield; her sister Patricia Conley of South Charleston; her grandchildren, Joshua Pacine (Jennifer) and Alisha Lemen (Johnny); and her great grandchildren, Logan Lemen (Jazmin), Dylan Lemen (Maci), Alivia Lemen, Brennan Pacine and Alex Oldham.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial (838 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
