With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ernest J. Schultheis of Springfield, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on July 26, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Ernest may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernst Schultheis and Rose Schultheis. He is survived by: his siblings, Werner Schultheis and Annelise Miller; his wife Gail Schultheis; and his children, Joe (Sandy), Doug (Susan) and Teresa (Marvis Walton). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
