He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Rinker and Opal Rinker (French); his wife Ginger; and his sisters, Ruby Miller and Maxine Wagle.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Rinker; his son-in-law Mark Saporito; his son Mark Rinker; his daughter-in-law Michelle Elliott; his grandchildren, Bryce (Stacy), Kyle Rinker (Sarah) and Sarah Elliott; and his great grandchildren, Ellie and Mason Rinker. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elks Lodge 1536 (1536 Villa Rd, Springfield, OH 45503).
