It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Fout of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on August 6, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Fout; her mother Joanne Reuwer (Keplinger); and her adoptive parents, Jack Crellin and Babe Crellin. She is survived by: her children, Anna Betz (Bob) of Pennsylvania and Brian Bellem (Nisha) of Arizona; her grandchildren, Damien, Lia Betz, Oakley and Evelyn Bellem; her sisters, Paula Severs of Springfield and Clair Powell (Fred) of Arizona; and her close friends, Robin Arnold, Jay Hammaker, Joe Huber, Lucky McGuire and Alan Rife. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
