He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shoemaker and Betty Shoemaker; and his brother Jerry Shoemaker. He is survived by: his children, Joe Shoemaker and Danielle Puckett (Corey); his grandson Calvin Puckett; and his friends, Randy White and Jeff Ruppert. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
