He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Willke Folz; his son Joe; his parents, Leo Folz and Mary Folz; and his siblings, Margaret Lindhardt (Frank) and Roger Folz (Betty).
He is survived by: his children, Dave (Lori Ann) of Dallas, TX, Jeanne Dearth (Dave) of Denton, TX, Jerry (Stacie Boney) of Evanston, IL, Mary Callahan (Tim) of Reading, MI, Nancy Murphy (Scott) of Somers, MT, Andy (Lisa) of El Cajon, CA, Susan West (Phil) of Westerville, OH and Sally Predmore (Jeff) of Carlisle, PA.. He is also survived by his parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and great great-grandparents.
