He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Johnson (James) of Bellefontaine; his daughter Antonia Adams of Columbus; his grandchildren, Danisha Artis of Bellefontaine, Cinnamon Artis of Tampa, Daniel Artis II of Nolensville, Xavier Nemec of Springfield and Xadrien Nemec of Springfield; his child Xio'mera Nemec of Springfield; his grandchildren, Aalana Tate, Nyjiah Carr, Zaire Carr and Daniel Artis III; and his siblings, Dawn Wallace of Springfield, Jaymi Brown of Marysville and Nicholas Brown of Bellefontaine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
