Spurlin; his sons, Charles Andrew Spurlin (Madison DeWine) and Cole Cavins (Ashley Collins); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Grace Marie Spurlin and Charles Nicholaus Robert Spurlin; his siblings-in-law, Wendy Dobie (Mike), Leslie Crew (Doug) and Joe; and his nieces and nephews, Nichole King (Michael), Meagan Wickline, Kaleigh Dobie, Emma Crew, Evan Crew, Dallas Wickline, Kyler (Allie) and Brayden King.
