She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul W. Rohrer and Ardith J. Rohrer (Wiseman); her husband Norman Carter; her stepdaughter Sonya Fultz; her stepgrandson Dustin Fultz; and her pet Lucy.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Southward (Renee), Deborah Lewis (Tab) and Rebekah Buckley (William Culliton); her stepdaughter Phyllis Carter-Cameron; her siblings, Paul Rohrer (Linda), Mary Hickernell (John) and Danny Rohrer (Jennie); her grandchildren, Kyle, Emilee, Dylan, Katie, Austin, Easton, Perci, Tyler, Ashton, Piper, Grace and Devin; her great grandchildren, Annaliese and Carson; and her close friends, Peg Jessup and Nancy Strader.
