With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Yacobucci (Springfield, Ohio), born in Sharon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 3, 2020 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Leonard and Velma Leonard; and her brother Robert David Leonard. She is survived by: her children, Brittanie Leonard, Gianna and Jordan Yacobucci; her stepsons, Braeden and Camden Yacobucci; and her siblings, Joyce Cannone (Richard), Phillip Leonard and Gina Marsh (Wayne). She is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews and many friends.
