He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Patrick and Martha Patrick (Ritchie). He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Patrick (Sexton); his children, Tom (Vickie Patrick) and Peggy Patrick-Smith of Springfield; his grandchildren, Carl Smith, Ann Bragg, Shannon Patrick-McKinney (Jeremy) and Ryan Patrick; and his great grandchildren, Kara, Kaydence, Kyle, Zeke and Cali. He is also survived by four great great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
